Awkward. Passive aggressive. And then calls YOU the dishonest one…(all this revolving around my dead mother’s estate BTW). You found your agent. Good luck with that! 😃👍🏼"
"Josh, I've been locked out of my Google business account for twelve weeks now which is why I'm just now responding to your review. Josh, I adored your mother and I'm so very sorry for your loss. We have not met in person, but if we had, I'd give you a big hug and tell you I'm so sorry for your loss. We settled you mother's State Farm Life Insurance quickly and as you preferred. I'm sorry if you felt I was not timely enough to find out information about the refund of your mother's State Farm Homeowner's Insurance which was cancelled nearly three years ago. I had to put a research request in with the company as it had been such a long timeframe since your mother's home was sold. I responded to you the second I heard from the research team. You had already cashed the refund check a year earlier. Again, I'm very sorry if the question took time to answer but it had been a few years since the policy had been in force. I'm also sorry if you did not like my answer to your inquiry about the refund, but legally we cannot refund the same policy twice. I was just trying to help you Josh. I'm sorry if you felt you did not receive the answer in a shorter timeframe. I can't give you an answer until I have an answer to give you. I hope you're doing okay and I'm sure you miss your mother.
